I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a developer based in the Home Counties. The developer primarily builds within TRAD residential and commercial sectors within the Home Counties with developments ranging between 20 - 100 units and a mixture of new build houses and flats.
The project consists of 40 new build TRAD flats and houses based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager.
* Sequencing and short‑term programming.
* Trade management and site inductions.
* Raise permits.
* Conduct toolbox talks.
* Work to tight deadlines.
* Influence health & safety on site.
* Q/A activities.
Qualifications
* SMSTS qualification.
* CSCS badge.
* First Aid qualification.
