Youll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, setting appointments, and supporting our field sales team. Youll work closely with the marketing team to drive new business and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation : Make calls (both warm and cold) to decision-makers in the construction industry across the UK and Ireland. Appointment Setting : Book meetings for our field sales team with potential clients. Customer Engagement : Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads from various marketing channels (e.g., exhibitions, website, email campaigns). CRM Management : Keep track of leads and update the CRM system with the latest information. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities and improve lead generation processes. What Were Looking For: 2 years of experience in telemarketing or B2B sales, ideally within a professional or construction-related environment. Strong communication skills confident on the phone, with great listening and rapport-building abilities. Results-driven and target-focused, with the ability to handle objections and close calls. Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of sales processes. Good organizational and time management skills.
