This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring professional to manage people-related administration across a range of activities, from data reporting and compliance to supporting safer recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate employee records, filing electronic documents, and transcribing meeting minutes with high accuracy.
* Recruitment and Compliance: Supporting safer recruitment requirements, including DBS applications, reference requests, and ensuring adherence to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) legislation.
* Employee Life cycle: Overseeing onboarding, induction, and off boarding procedures, including arranging probationary reviews and farewell feedback meetings.
* Data and Wellbeing: Reviewing sickness and absence data to support data insights and preparing occupational health referrals to support staff at work.
Essential Requirements
* Qualifications: GCSE English and Math at a minimum grade C or 4.
* Mobility: A driving license, or the ability to travel efficiently between academies, is required.
* Skills: Excellent ICT skills, including the ability to use and report from HR Systems.
* Qualities: An inquisitive nature with sound problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.
