HR Administrator Ealing Temporary Full Time A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Support/ HR Administrator to join a leading Housing Association based in Ealing, supporting their busy People Services team with a wide range of employee lifecycle administration. THE ROLE You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the full People Services lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, excellent customer service and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Administer onboarding, DBS checks, Right to Work, references and benefits processes using internal systems Utilise Zellis Background Checks (ZBC) portal to manage DBS renewals and new starter vetting Manage and resolve employee enquiries through Service Now, escalating when required Raise and process HR purchase orders and invoices using D365 P2P, ensuring correct coding and timely payments Maintain and update HR systems (Cornerstone & Resource Link) in line with GDPR requirements Support payroll-related administration and ensure all records are accurate and up to date Assist People Services projects and BAU activities to improve processes and service deliveryTHE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar HR or People Services administrative role within a busy environment, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately and efficiently. Essential Requirements: Experience of supporting HR/People processes such as onboarding, DBS, Right to Work or benefits administration Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with employees and managers Understanding of GDPR and handling confidential employee dataTHE CONTRACT Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Length of Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract Pay Rate: £18.76 per hour LTD The PAYE equivalent is £16.10 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
