Location: Head Office Goldthorpe | Contract: Permanent

Role Details:

Are you ready for a new challenge? We’re seeking a motivated and proactive recruiter to join our team at Altrad. Whether you have in-house hiring experience or come from a recruitment consultant/account manager background, this is an opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs

* Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices

* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies

* Thrive in a dynamic workplace with shifting priorities

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

* Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., I-Trent or Eploy)

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

* Passion for finding top talent and driving success
