Lookers Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly and dedicated team on site. You will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide first-class customer service.
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be reporting to Simon Hatcher, the General Sales Manager, who will support your professional development and help you establish a strong career in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
4. Negotiating the final price for the sale.
5. Completing the necessary paperwork for each sale.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You should be ambitious and hardworking, with a drive to meet targets.
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we welcome new and fresh talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious vans on the market.
