Senior Site Manager – Gloucester
Up to £70,000 + excellent benefits
Large multi-phase housing scheme | Permanent
I'm looking for a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a well-backed, multi-phase residential development near Gloucester. It’s a busy site with good support and a clear build programme; the company has a solid name in the industry.
What you’ll be doing:
* Running the day-to-day site operations and managing the team on a large housing project
* Keeping things on track with programme, quality, and health & safety
* Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to keep the site moving smoothly
* Taking care of paperwork, reporting, and keeping costs under control
* Reporting to the Build Manager with the support of an Assistant Site Manager
What we’re looking for:
* Experience delivering volume housing projects (ideally from start through to handover)
* A good handle on site safety, NHBC, quality standards, and build programmes
* Someone confident managing subcontractors and motivating the site team
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid as standard
