Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term/temporary contract. This role is pivotal in managing the full HR function within our school, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality support to staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
* Oversee payroll checking and processing in collaboration with the finance team.
* Lead and support HR projects aligned with school objectives.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
* Report directly to the Bursar and Board of Governors.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within the education sector.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
* Experience with MIS systems and HR software.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Additional Information
* There will be a handover period to ensure a smooth transition.
* This is an on-site role; remote working is not available.
