Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000

Role And Responsibilities
* Treat every customer that walks into the dealership, sends you an email or calls you to talk about buying a car.
* Learn about your customers, it’s the small details that make a difference.
* Help us achieve targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car.
* Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates.
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
* Hold a minimum of 12 months, a successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
