Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - Traditional Build Housing Development
A leading award-winning PLC housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join a traditional build residential development set in and around the beautiful countryside near Heathfield, East Sussex.
The development is located within an area known for its rolling landscapes, historic villages and excellent connectivity, offering a rare opportunity to work on a well-planned site while enjoying a high-quality working environment away from congested urban locations.
This role would suit a quality-driven site leader who takes pride in delivering homes that stand out - with a mindset focused on NHBC standards and right-first-time delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a traditional build housing development, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver homes safely, on programme and to an award-winning standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Full site management of a traditional build residential development
2. Driving a PIJ-winning culture through quality, attention to detail and strong processes
3. Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards and company build specifications
4. Managing health & safety, programme and cost control
