GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy committed to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy compliance.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. This proactive role involves consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategies for new business acquisition, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
* Articulate the GRC Solutions value proposition to clients.
* Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
* Build trust and relationships with senior executives.
* Identify opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions.
* Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and proposal presentations.
* Manage pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain industry knowledge and provide feedback to support sales strategies.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.
* Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in senior sales or key account management roles.
* Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
* Experience working with C-Suite clients and on tenders.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Basic contract law knowledge.
* Familiarity with key account methodologies.
* Ambitious, driven, and highly organized.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
