As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive, accurate, and efficient administrative support to the HR function and wider business. Working in line with Company policies and standard operating procedures, you will act as a key point of contact for HR administrative queries, ensuring every colleague receives a professional, helpful, and positive experience.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems (iTrent, Kallidus, Document Manager) and ensure all documentation is compliant and processed within deadlines.
* Prepare and issue high-quality HR correspondence, including references, employment letters, and candidate onboarding paperwork.
* Support key compliance processes such as DBS/PVG checks and Right to Work, ensuring accurate data entry and reliable reporting.
* Manage HR inboxes, respond to queries professionally, and provide general administrative support to the HR Team Leader and wider team.
* Assist with employee benefits administration, maintain SOPs, and oversee departmental stationery and supplies.
