Site Manager Quarry Operations
Location: North West
Salary: £55,000 plus Car
Contract: Permanent
Are you an experienced operational leader with a background in quarrying, earthworks, or heavy plant environments? Were supporting a well-established organisation in recruiting a Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at a busy quarry undertaking both extraction activities and restoration phases involving tipping in wet and soft conditions (mud tipping).
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of approximately 10 plant operators, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations are delivered every day.
The Ideal Candidate

* Experience within quarrying, earthworks, landfill, or similar heavy plant operations
* Strong understanding of regulatory permits, H&S legislation and environmental compliance
* Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changing site demands
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities
* Confidence producing site-based documentation, reports and compliance records
