5 DAYS OVER 7 OR 2-3 DAYS OVER 7: 8.30AM - 7.00PM
PAY RATE: £13.50 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
As a Cafe Chef your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
* Cooking customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
* Participating in menu planning and development of daily specials
* Managing stock levels and preparing food orders from suppliers
* Opening the café in the morning and tidying/closing at end of day
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times
Essential Skills
As a Cafe Chef you will need the following:
* Previous experience working in a kitchen
* A passion for food and customer service
* Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
* High standards of hygiene and attention to detail
* Organisational skills
* Reliability
* Self-motivated
* Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
* Team player
* Must be First Aid trained
Desirable Experience
* Working in a cafe or food service environment
Training
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
