NRL are working on behalf of our client to hire a Site Manager to drive safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery across major construction works.
What You’ll Do
* Lead day‑to‑day site operations and keep projects on programme
* Champion safety and ensure Zero Harm standards
* Coordinate teams, subcontractors and resources
* Manage site records, reporting and compliance
* Maintain quality, solve problems fast and keep productivity high
* Support commercial processes and manage change on site
What You Bring
* Strong site management experience
* Expert in safe systems of work and risk management
* Great communicator who can lead, motivate and influence
* Contract knowledge and confidence in technical delivery
* Calm under pressure with a solutions‑first mindset
* CSCS/SSSTS (or equivalent) and a driving licence preferred
