A large, well-established secondary school in Hinckley is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join its central operations team from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a busy school environment.
The Role
You’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, pre-employment checks, maintaining personnel files and supporting absence monitoring.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Prepare job adverts, interview packs and recruitment schedules
* Manage DBS, references and safeguarding compliance
* Maintain accurate HR records and digital systems
* Support new staff inductions and probation processes
* Assist with HR queries from staff and line managers
