Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to sales enquiries coming in to the laboratoryProvide quotations and on-boarding new customersResponsible for building and maintaining external customer relationshipsIdentify new sales opportunitiesEnsure client project paperwork is returned and completed in a timely mannerProvide a high level of internal and external customer careTo undertake price reviews and annual renegotiation of commercial agreements.
