Responsibilities
Provide pastoral and mentoring support for students across Key Stages 3–5, building strong relationships, supporting behaviour and emotional regulation, helping students engage positively with school life, and contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Experience working with young people in a school, youth work or support setting. Ability to work as part of a team and make a real difference to students’ wellbeing and progress. Experience with SEND is advantageous, but training and support will be provided. DBS check required.
