Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. this can be a full or part time role to the correct candidate there is no upper age limit
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment.
* Keeping all stock items clean and work / storage areas tidy
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing tasks.
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
* Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, providing support where needed.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.
* Driving duties, collections and deliveries. car and luton vehicles
* full training given to specific tasks in our workshop.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a workshop labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* eye for detail in prep work and looking after equipment
* A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.

Pay: £12.32-£15.29 per hour
