Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all groundworks operations on a busy new‑build housing site
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate plant and material deliveries
* Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to high‑quality standards
* Keep accurate records and report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management
* Build strong working relationships with the client, housebuilder, and internal teams
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience managing groundworks packages on residential developments
* SMSTS and CSCS are essential
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Proven ability to manage programme, logistics, and site safety effectively
