The Role You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, for both academic and support staff. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Key responsibilities include: Safer Recruitment: Leading on all pre-employment checks and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding compliance. Payroll & Pensions: Liaising with external providers to ensure the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll and teacher pension returns. Performance Management: Supporting line managers with the appraisal process and coordinating staff training and CPD. Data Management: Overseeing the school’s HRIS (e.g., SIMS or Arbor) to ensure accurate workforce reporting and census data. Salary Range: £37,868 – £56,154 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)
