Sales Executive
£24,000– £28,000 + uncapped OTE, 35 hours, Permanent, Bristol or Cardiff, In-person
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation for a Sales Executive to support their continued B2B growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, starting conversations and selling solutions, not products. You’ll be the first point of contact for new business clients, working with HR and L&D stakeholders to understand skills gaps and introduce tailored training solutions.
What you’ll be doing
* Generating new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking
* Managing a sales pipeline from first contact to qualified opportunity
* Running discovery calls and online demos
* Building trusted relationships with decision‑makers
* Preparing tailored proposals and quotations
* Consistently working towards (and exceeding) sales targets
