Job Description
3. Manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with employment laws and internal policies.
4. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
5. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as required.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
7. Provide advice and support to management on HR-related matters.
8. Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
9. Handle payroll administration and associated reporting requirements.
10. Monitor and manage workplace health and safety policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in human resources within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
12. A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
13. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. A professional qualification in HR, such as CIPD or equivalent.
16. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
