Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment?
We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our London based team on a temporary basis running until the end of the year.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or catering, who understands the challenges and energy of a dynamic, customer-facing business.
What you’ll do
* Take the lead on Employee Relations (ER) managing complex cases and supporting line managers with best practice advice.
* Partner with operational leaders to foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.
* Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Support with ad-hoc HR projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
What we’re looking for
✅ Strong HR generalist experience, with a particular focus on Employee Relations
✅ Background in hospitality, catering, or similar fast-paced sectors
✅ Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
✅ CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
