We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial build fit out project in Tyneside working for a forward-thinking construction organisation
Role Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day site operations on a commercial fit outCoordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsuring H&S standards are met and documentation is up-to-dateDriving the programme to ensure project milestones are achievedLiaising with project managers and clients to report progress
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and site management skillsSMSTS, CSCS & First AidAbility to manage multiple trades and keep the project on programme
