We are recruiting for aHR Administratoron behalf of a growing manufacturing company based inSheffield.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
* Process weekly and monthly payroll for approx. 50 employees
* Manage HR administration tasks accurately and efficiently
* Oversee processes for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
* Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
* Liaise with managers to ensure training plans are in place for new starters
* Manage employee lifecycle tasks (new starters, leavers, changes, etc.)
* Maintain HR/timekeeping software systems
* Support employee relations processes and meetings
* Provide regular HR reports and assist with projects
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an HR Administor role
2. Experience processing payroll
3. Familiarity with HR software systems
