Responsibilities
 * Sell delegate places for international maritime conferences.
 * Engage senior decision‑makers via outbound calls, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
 * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
 * Hit KPIs and collaborate across teams to boost engagement.
Qualifications
 * 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
 * Confident cold caller with strong communication skills.
 * Organised, resilient, and target‑driven.
 * CRM‑savvy and Microsoft Office proficient.
Location
We are looking for a full‑time Delegate Sales Executive to join our team on‑site at our modern office on the South coast in Fareham, along the M27.

 * £25,200 – £28,000 basic with OTE £42,000 (uncapped)

Joining the sales team, you'll have your own clientele that you get to build and maintain relationships with.
