HR Officer - Part-time Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in a people-focused, forward-looking organisation? Overview We're looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Officer who's passionate about creating a positive employee experience while delivering effective HR support across a growing business. Working with colleagues across Ireland and the UK, you'll provide practical HR advice, ensure compliance, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture. The Role As HR Officer, you'll partner with managers and employees to deliver effective HR support across recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and performance management. You'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple sites to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals and values.
