Role Overview
As a Cyber Security Sales Executive – New Business, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll book meetings and demos for senior sales consultants and help drive 2Sec’s ongoing growth within the UK market.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role that rewards ambition, consistency, and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Qualify leads and identify opportunities aligned with 2Sec’s core services.
* Book high-quality meetings and demos for the BDM team.
* Manage and maintain accurate lead data and pipeline in the CRM.
* Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads.
* Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine outreach campaigns.
* Stay up to date with cyber security industry developments and competitor offerings.
Compensation & Incentives
* Commission: 10% of the Salesperson’s commission (uncapped) on all deals generated from your leads.
* Additional performance bonuses are available for consistent high performance.
* Uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+), office-based with a vibrant London HQ.
About You
* Proven experience in outbound B2B telesales or lead generation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
* Professional, confident, and able to engage decision-makers.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail and CRM discipline.
* Experience in cyber security, IT, or SaaS sales.
* Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or Cyber Essentials.
* A genuine interest in technology and business protection.
