This is a unique chance to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering complex, cutting-edge cloud solutions that drive real change across sectors - especially within the UK public domain.
What You'll Be Doing as the Oracle Data Migration Developer:
* Taking ownership of data migration on high-impact Oracle Cloud implementations
* Designing robust, scalable ETL solutions across a wide range of enterprise datasets
* Supporting key project phases including SIT, UAT, and Cutover alongside SMEs and senior stakeholders
* Building extraction and transformation pipelines with performance and security at their core
* Shaping migration strategy with a hands-on role in planning and execution
* Championing best practices in development, tooling (Git), and documentation
The Oracle Data Migration Developer will have experience in:
* Delivering large-scale Oracle data migrations (EBS or Cloud)
* Deep technical expertise in PL/SQL, data modeling, and Oracle Cloud domains (Finance, HCM, Projects etc.)
* Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud or third-party/cloud-based integration tools
* A solid understanding of the Oracle EBS data model and data extract techniques
* A passion for clean, efficient, and secure code - plus the ability to diagnose complex problems and see solutions through
* Exposure to tools like Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable
* UK Security Clearance eligibility is essential
The Oracle Data Migration Developer will have experience in:
* £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
* Company Pension
* Company Healthcare scheme
