Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Newport. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and guiding customers through the car purchase process. Daily tasks include generating leads, providing consultations, conducting test drives, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets and maintaining a thorough understanding of the vehicle inventory.
Qualifications
* Proven sales skills, including experience in negotiating, closing deals, and upselling
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Knowledge of the automotive industry, including familiarity with Mazda vehicles and other car brands like Audi, Renault, and Volkswagen
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members
* Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus
* A passion for cars and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
* Valid driver’s license and ability to operate various types of vehicles
