Location: Poulton-le-Fylde
Hours: 27.5 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–1:30pm)
Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)
Contract: Term Time Only

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing daily meal prep and service for pupils and staff.
* Managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
* Planning menus that meet school food standards and dietary needs.
* Handling stock, ordering supplies, and managing the catering budget.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in catering, kitchen management, or as a chef.
* A valid food hygiene qualification (Level 2 or above).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* A positive attitude and passion for promoting healthy eating.
