About The Courthouse Hotel
The Courthouse hotel is a 5-star luxury hotel ideally situated in an old Grade II Listed Magistrates Court, retaining much of its original historical features but with a modern twist. Our hotel is located where stylish Mayfair, fashionable Soho and the West End meet and is within walking distance of Londons famous shopping street, New Bond Street which is revered throughout the world for its wealth of elegant stores, exclusive brands, art and antiques.
We are seeking for a Full Time talented and passionate full-time Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team at The Courthouse Hotel.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all hotel departments.
2. Advise management on policies and procedures
3. Lead the development and implementation of human resource policies
4. Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records
5. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
7. Oversee attendance, leave management, and shift monitoring.
8. Support employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
10. Coordinate training programs focused on service excellence and compliance.
11. Assist with performance management and career development initiatives.
12. Support accurate monthly payroll processing, including overtime and allowances.
13. Maintain confidentiality and provide timely resolution of HR and payroll queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Masters Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
Knowledge of Labor law and payroll processing.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
