Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Welwyn Garden City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their product requisites, and providing personalized solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build long-term client relationships and meet or exceed sales objectives
* Proficiency in identifying client needs and effectively matching them with relevant products or solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clientele
* Time management, teamwork, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and support internal collaboration
* A proactive and results-driven mindset with attention to detail
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or industrial supply industry, is an advantage
* Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
