What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for all sourcing queries for your portfolio and provide staffing solutions across the region Utilise the ATS and relevant job boards to match candidates to our roles Work with the Senior Recruiter and SRBP to drive a pipeline of suitable candidates Deliver tailored staffing solutions for the operation to agreed SLA’s and quality Share best practice across resourcing and suggest process improvements in line with regulation and SLA’s Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and metrics are collated as required for the Senior Recruiter and Operational Teams Work closely alongside the Resourcing & Onboarding Administrators to support the end to end process and management of all vacancies and candidates to maximise sourcing opportunities Oversee the effective management of vacancy to ensure resource is applied in the right area Check and sign off offer details and ensure thorough handover through to onboarding Build positive and engaging relationships with all key stakeholders, with good lines of proactive communication both across resourcing and operations Collaborate with Marketing to ensure we have the correct tools available to promote our roles Where You’ll Do It If based in the South West you will work from home the majority of time, however you will be expected to attend meetings with operational stakeholders when required and drop into our offices in the North West on a quarterly basis.
