What will you be doing? Leading and managing all day-to-day HR operations across the organisation Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff Managing employee relations, performance, and disciplinary processes Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and CQC standards Driving employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives What do you need?
