This role is remote-first, with occasional travel to Morley, Leeds for team collaboration and key events.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Automation Developer, you'll lead the creation of performant, scalable and reliable AI & Automation solutions that power the future of Evri's Intelligent Automation capability. You'll work closely within our Centre of Excellence, identifying new automation opportunities, designing modern low-code solutions, and ensuring high-quality engineering practices across the squad. From discovery to delivery, you'll play a critical role in helping teams streamline processes, reduce repetitive work and unlock more value for our people, customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities, analysing feasibility and estimating effort with accuracy and speed.
Create and maintain robust documentation to ensure knowledge is shared across the organisation and embedded as a discipline within the automation squad.
Develop performant, efficient and reliable solutions using modern automation and low-code technologies.
Participate in estimation and planning using an adaptive, iterative/agile approach.
Troubleshoot day-to-day production issues in Evri processes, providing timely solutions and clear communication.
Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful
5+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, (AWS and UiPath experience is a bonus) with the ability to design and deliver high-quality, scalable automation solutions.
Proven ability to lead a high-performing team within a Centre of Excellence or similar environment.
Experience contributing to structured project delivery, including raising risks, supporting change control and working within planning constraints.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose, analyse and resolve issues quickly and logically.
Strong documentation, communication and collaboration skills, ensuring clarity and knowledge-sharing across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
