* West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
* 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - Permanent
* Salary: £ 25,875 - £ 28,155 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
* Actual Salary: £21,235 - £23,107 per annum
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our evolving Inclusive Learning Team, working across the college in all curriculum areas, identifying emerging support needs of students and providing effective strategies to support them in achieving their aspirations.
You will be an organised individual who can manage a varied workload, which will include delivering tailor made support to students who need to overcome barriers in their learning and social environment, liaising cohesively with other professionals, and working closely with parents.
You will work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, embedding our college character strengths in your work to provide meaningful and effective support to our students.
