* A relationship builder who can think quickly, react to market trends to maximize each and every sale. You must be able to work on your own initiative with skills to build relationships and sell technical products, packages and service levels to customers and prospects.
* Demonstrate the ability to be strong at pitching and negotiating to ensure margins and opportunities are maximized
* Proactive and reactive sales individual that will be required to hit monthly targets on New business, and target driven for Cross Sale results over the many products and services we have.
* Must look to raise company profile and to maintain and grow the customer base and reduce business churn and ensure Customers and prospects are aware of our service and capabilities.
* Own portfolio and max all the base within it, adding new accounts too.
* Reviewing and analysing contract performance with customers, recommending & initiating improvement plans where appropriate and SLA’s where required
* Must be able to generate business UK Wide
* Outbound Telephone sales calls required
