Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Executive, based in Wolverhampton. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and tailoring solutions to align with company offerings. Daily responsibilities include proactive sales activities, preparing and delivering client proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. The role requires identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing key accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
* Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Product and Industry Knowledge: Understanding of high‑criticality fasteners and CNC machined components is a strong advantage; prior experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors is beneficial.
* Communication and Presentation: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
* Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Other Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
