Youll be trusted to manage your desk like its your own, working closely with operational teams to deliver consistent, high-quality hires.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for Healthcare Assistants across multiple locations
* Owning the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to offer
* Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, databases, and direct outreach
* Conducting effective pre-screening to quickly assess suitability and readiness
* Building strong relationships with branch managers to understand hiring priorities
* Creating and maintaining active talent pipelines to support ongoing demand
