We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR delivery for key business areas. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, offering the chance to shape people initiatives and partner with senior leaders.
What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
* Leading and coaching a small HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
* Managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change programmes.
* Driving HR projects on engagement, wellbeing, and culture.
* Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making.
About you:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor with leadership capability.
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Ability to influence senior leaders and manage change programmes.
* Strong people management and coaching skills.
* Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: £200.00-£250.00 per day
