No school-based experience? Thats absolutely fine.
You dont need to have worked in a school before - just the right mindset, empathy,
and the ability to build positive relationships.
Well support you with training, guidance, and experience in schools so you feel
confident from day one.
- Supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health)
- Working with young people who may have experienced trauma
- Building trust and helping students feel safe and understood
- Supporting behaviour in a calm, consistent way
- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
This is a great way to take what youve learned in Psychology and apply it in a
practical, meaningful setting.
Youll gain hands-on experience supporting students with mental health needs and
trauma, while developing skills that are highly relevant for careers in:
- Educational Psychology
- Clinical Psychology
- Teaching or SEN support
- Youth work or pastoral roles

Full-time opportunities starting in September
- Weekly pay from £100 per day (PAYE)
