Job Introduction
We’re seeking an HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term supporting an exciting project within the education sector based in West Kent .
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will be based on-site – which is, within easy reach of places like Crawley, Orpington, Sevenoaks and Rochester. This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team.

What you’ll do:
* Act as a key HR contact onsite, working closely with operational leadership, our shared services People Services team and under the mentorship of HR Business Partner.
* Build strong relationships with clients and the on-site team
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding children and employment legislation (with support from dedicated specialist teams)
* Conduct skills gap analyses and deliver engaging training sessions
* Coach and guide managers to handle employee relations cases effectively
* Drive recruitment, resource planning and retention strategies
* Support the transition of employees (TUPE process) and help embed company culture and standards where applicable.
* Foster a positive and high-performing environment across a 7-day operation.
* Be based on-site five days a week.

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities
* Experience in delivering learning and development
* Highly organised, responsible and able to work under pressure

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience and access to a range of benefits, employer pension contribution and life assurance 1 x annual salary.
