Large Traditional-Build Housing Scheme | 600+ Home Masterplan | Significant HA Delivery
My client, a leading national housebuilder, is seeking a Site Manager No.2 for a major new traditional-build residential development in Stevenage.
The scheme forms part of a substantial 600+ unit masterplan, delivering a mix of 2–5 bed homes and maisonettes within a modern, well-designed community. Approximately 40% of the development is Affordable Housing (HA), requiring strong programme management, consistent build quality and close collaboration with HA representatives and end clients.
