Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a growing contractor based in Oxfordshire, working on a variety of commercial projects! The prestigious construction firm have a srtong reputation of delivering high quality, intricate projects and are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their business due to multiple successful projcet tenders. The company have a history of completing a wide variety of projects, generally in the education, healthcare, leisure and high-end bespoke residential sectors, both new build and refurbishment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
2. Guarantee a safe working environment for all site personnel.
3. Enforce health and safety protocols and regulations.
4. Foster effective communication and project understanding by collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
5. Provide senior management with regular updates and reports on project status.
6. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities.
7. Identify and address potential issues by monitoring and controlling project progress.
8. Uphold high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing projects valued at £2 million or more.
10. Degree or HND (or equivalent) qualifications
11. Health and Safety qualifications and certifications.
12. Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
