Are you a driven and personable sales professional with a passion for property? We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Developments team and play a key role in promoting and selling new homes, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to our company's growth.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n
* Promote and sell new homes within an assigned territory
\n
* Support site-specific sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager
\n
* Build and maintain a strong customer base and sales pipeline
\n
* Act as a brand ambassador for Places Developments and the wider Places for People Group
\n
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, including reservations and legal progression
\n
* Identify and resolve issues within the reservation process
\n
* Provide accurate forecasting and weekly sales status updates
\n
* Promote and record customer specification choices and “Sales Extras”
\n
* Respond promptly to sales enquiries and ensure customer expectations are met
\n
* Recommend improvements to systems and service levels
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:

Essential:
\n
\n
* Previous experience in selling shared ownership homes
\n
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
\n
* Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends
\n
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills
\n
* Passion for customer service and experience handling customer queries and complaints
\n
\n
Preferred:
\n
\n
* Responsiveness to internal and external enquiries
\n
* Sales experience in new homes, ideally with Shared Ownership
\n
* Understanding of the legal process from reservation to exchange
\n
* Excellent customer service skills
\n
* IT literacy
\n
\n
