Please note that the salary advertised is based on a standard salary of £24,309- £24,344 per annum plus enhancements for evening (after 8pm) and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
* A team player who is passionate about sport, physical activity, and wellbeing.
* Support people on their journey to become better versions of themselves through being active.
* Deliver fitness instruction, lead group exercise classes, and assist with other sports centre duties.
* Support the delivery of national and international events.
* Participate in training across all areas; willingness to develop is a key factor.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Ability to work on a rota basis including mornings, evenings and weekends (core hours 6am to 10:30pm) with flexibility.
* Demonstrated passion for sport, physical activity, and wellbeing.
* Intrinsic motivation to help others improve through activity.
* Willingness to undertake training across multiple areas.
