Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and promote suitable used vehicles
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in a customer-focused manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features effectively
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Assist in achieving dealership sales objectives and reputation
Keep up-to-date with vehicle knowledge, industry developments, and market trends
Support the team with promotional activities and showroom presentationRequirements of a Sales Executive:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 6 months
Enthusiasm for cars and automotive knowledge is highly desirable
Ability to work five days per week, including weekends on a rota basis
