OUR
HOTEL
The Met Hotel, Leeds is
mid-transformation — and we’re not just talking fresh paint and new carpets.
We’re redefining what it means to stay, work, and lead in a lifestyle hotel at
the heart of the city.
With a full refurbishment
underway and a brand new cultural identity ready to launch, we’re creating a
destination that’s full of personality, soul, and next-level service. This
isn’t hospitality as usual, it’s hospitality with edge. And at the centre of it
all? Our people.
That’s why we’re on the
lookout for a bold, people-powered Interim HR Manager to help steer our
team through this exciting transition. This is more than a maternity cover,
it’s a rare opportunity to take the reins of a people function mid-evolution,
shape the future of our culture, and ensure every team member feels part of
something special.
So if you’re ready to roll
up your sleeves, champion the human side of transformation, and be part of a
hotel where culture is more than a buzzword we’d love to hear from you.
